ELITE WEBMASTER PROGRAM. 3. Lastly, the people you can thank for this are the CHEATERS! These are people who get a gallery accepted and posted, and then after it is posted they make changes, add dialers, blind thumbs or pop-ups, or they redirect to illegal crap or other pop-up traps. These types of webmasters are making it very hard for all of us. They are giving adult webmasters a bad reputation with the general population. They are severely hurting all of us, more than you may realize. It is due to them that we have had to raise our already strict standards to a higher level. This in turn will help us in our goal to eliminate the cheaters and give our surfers only the highest quality without all the crap that comes from the cheaters. Additionally, this will give all of us honest webmasters better conversion rates on Thumbzilla. ( A note to all you cheaters: it is because of you that all of us honest webmasters who bust our asses everyday look bad. It is you cheaters who give the adult internet and adult webmasters a bad name and make it more and more difficult for us to conduct everyday business. Eventually, you will turn the few allies that we have against us, resulting in suppressive laws that could virtually eliminate an adult Internet! Do not cheat: it does not pay. Of course, you will be blacklisted. Additionally, if you are doing something illegal, we will report you, and we will do our best to completely eradicate you from the Internet. Why don't you take all the time you spend cheating, and work smarter instead of harder? Actually, you can make more money by not cheating...you just haven't figured that out yet. ) Here is a suggestion. If you would like to continue submitting your galleries through the standard submission process, READ THE RULES FIRST. Thumbzilla is automatically updated daily at midnight 12:00 a.m.(EST), 9:00 p.m.(PST). The best time to submit your gallery would be right after the update. Please keep in mind that Thumbzilla is only allowing a limited number of standard daily submissions now. Thumbzilla receives over 2000 standard submissions on a daily basis. The maximum number of allowable standard submissions fills up quickly. So again, for best results try submitting right after the update or at an earlier time of day. Better yet, and smarter yet, join the Thumbzilla Elite Webmaster Program or utilize the Guaranteed Gallery Link Placement Program. ~THE
TEN RULES ~ Effective March 06, 2003 NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE PROPER MODEL RELEASES, COPYRIGHTS AND/OR LICENSES TO USE ALL THE PICS/MOVIES ON YOUR GALLERIES. 1. Your gallery page absolutely must look clean. The focus of the page should be the thumb gallery and not a bunch of other stuff. The focus of a gallery page should be the gallery itself. We get over 2000 submissions per day and can only post around 200 a day. This means we must decline around 1800 gallery submissions per day, so the cleaner your gallery page looks, the better its chances of being posted. Overall the page must look good. Use your intelligence. If you have too much crap (meaning buttons, banners, extraneous text, and text links) on your page, you will not get posted on Thumbzilla. If you are using a free-host, be sure to use one that will not clutter your gallery or redirect your gallery at all. We count free-host stuff as banners on your page. Their top page stuff counts as a banner and so does their bottom page stuff. IF YOU ARE USING ZFREEHOST, MOVIEFREEHOST, OR ANY OF THE OTHER FREEHOSTS THAT REDIRECT, THEN YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED. If you are going to use a banner that is larger than a standard-sized banner, then make sure you only use that banner and NO OTHER banners on your page. You must have at least 5 clear thumbs per banner and no more than 4 banners (including free-host stuff - see paragraph above this one) on the page. The cleanest , best quality pages will get the highest placement. Period. Thumbzilla is based on quality only. The cleaner the (page), and better quality (pictures/movies & thumbs) your gallery has, the higher it will be ranked on Thumbzilla. The higher your gallery gets ranked the more hits it will get. If you feel it is certain that there has been a mistake with your gallery, send an e-mail to Nelvac at nelvac@thumbzilla.com and INCLUDE THE URL of the page in question so he can look at it. If he agrees with you that there has been a mistake, you can resubmit the gallery using the form on this page. If he disagrees, he will tell you what you need to do to the page to get posted. If you give him a hard time, well, you will simply be ignored. We try to be helpful and nice to our fellow webmasters. But if a webmaster is being a jerk to us, we just don't have the time to argue with them. And remember, all the submissions and re-submissions must be done on the form on this page...NEVER BY E-MAIL!! 2. Submit NO MORE THAN ONE GALLERY per day. If you submit more than one gallery then none of them will be posted and you will likely get blacklisted. It does not matter how many domains or webmasters you have...DO NOT submit more than a grand total of one gallery per day. We had to make this rule because we are receiving so many submissions and we really want to try to be fair to everyone. 3.
A minimum of 10
decent-sized, clear thumbnails is required...but
don't forget, at least 5 thumbs per banner and no more than 4
banners per page (and that is including free host "banners" and
those "e-mail" table banners). We have had webmasters complain
about this rule, and have considered just accepting galleries
that are not on free hosts, but we really do want to help webmasters
get traffic, so we are still accepting galleries from free hosts...just
try to use a free host that will not clutter your page or redirect
it. Movie galleries may have a minimum
of 4 movies as long as there are
no more than two standard-sized banners.
AND
REMEMBER ~ IF YOU ARE USING ZFREEHOST,
MOVIEFREEHOST, OR ANY OF THE OTHER
FREEHOSTS THAT REDIRECT, THEN YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED.
4. NO BLIND THUMBS. When our surfers click on one of your thumbs, it better take them to the corresponding bigger picture and NOTHING else. No fake clickable pics (like the Amateur Pages or Live Teens pics). No banners that look like clickable thumbs are allowed. Clear, decent-sized thumbnails and clickable pictures must link to their corresponding pictures (NOT to html pages). If we or our surfers find one blind thumb on your gallery, then all galleries you have on our site will be deleted and you will be blacklisted from Thumbzilla. 5.
No
consoles, pop-ups of any kind (including floaters), or frames.
Period.
6.
You
absolutely MUST have all of the proper model
releases, copyrights
and/or licenses to use the pics/movies on your galleries. You
must be able to provide this information if requested, and/or
upon demand. AND your pics must be legal. Absolutely NO child
porn, NO incest, NO fisting, NO rape, NO gore, NO bestiality,
etc. No
depiction's of violence...no blood, no welts on the skin, no torture,
no guns...no violent depiction's of any kind will be tolerated
on Thumbzilla. No watersports (people urinating). No scatological
depiction's (in other words, we will not post links to galleries
of people taking a crap).
If
your gallery is in bad taste or is offensive, it will not be posted.
We also will not post
any "College Fuck Fest", "Mardi Gras", "Spring
Break", "Girls Gone Wild", "Exhibitionism"
or any content of this nature. There absolutely must be signed
model release forms from all participants in your images. If there
are blurred out faces then it is pretty obvious that there is
not a signed model release form. If there are a bunch of people
standing around watching people fuck, then there better be signed
model releases from all of the people in your images. Again you
absolutely MUST have all of the proper model releases, copyrights
and/or licenses to use the pics/movies on your galleries.
9.
The reciprocal button (below) must be in a prominent spot
on the gallery page. If there are no other buttons on the
page, you can use a reciprocal text link in a good spot that says:
7. DO NOT send the same pictures or submit the same url within a one month period. Your gallery page(s) will be in the categorized archives for 30 days and will get hits all that time. WARNING: DO NOT REDIRECT ANYTHING OR CHANGE ANYTHING AT ALL ON ANY GALLERY YOU HAVE ON THUMBZILLA'S MAIN PAGE OR IN THE ARCHIVES FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-FIVE (35) DAYS...IF YOU DO THIS ON JUST ONE GALLERY, ALL GALLERIES YOU HAVE ON THUMBZILLA'S MAIN PAGE AND/OR ARCHIVES FROM ALL OF YOUR DOMAINS WILL BE DELETED AND YOU (ALL OF YOUR DOMAINS) WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM THUMBZILLA...WE CANNOT MAKE IT ANY CLEARER THAN THAT. ALSO, IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHANGE OUR SURFERS HOME PAGE OR BOOKMARKS IN ANY WAY, YOU (ALL OF YOUR DOMAINS) WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED FROM THUMBZILLA. Our surfers will report any of that crap to us. If you do change anything on your gallery or galleries within 35 days, or if you attempt to change our surfers' browser settings in any way at all, you will immediately be permanently blacklisted from Thumbzilla and should NEVER submit to us again. This applies to all domains from which you have submitted. We hope we have made that extremely clear to you now. To those of you who never pull that kind of crap, THANK YOU!! It is the webmasters who are pulling that kind of crap that are making it harder on all of the webmasters to get listed on the thumbnail gallery posts. If you know of any webmaster who has pulled this crap on any of his galleries that have links on Thumbzilla, please be sure to notify us of the url of that gallery right away, so that we can delete it and all other galleries that webmaster has submitted to us and so that we can permanently blacklist his url's and partial url's right away! Webmasters like that are hurting you and your business by giving all of us a bad reputation with the surfers and you should feel no loyalty to them in any way whatsoever. Thumbzilla is here to provide a service to you...webmasters like that make it very hard to provide you, the honorable webmaster, with the best kind of service. 8. Categories: be very sure you put your gallery in the right category. Example: a Softcore page (pics that show simulated sex instead of the real thing) must not be put in the Hardcore category. If you put your gallery in the wrong category, we will simply decline or delete it. THUMBZILLA - Quality Does Matter! Link it to http://www.thumbzilla.com Do not bury the text link. 10.
No references to the word "Lolita".
That is a keyword for child porn. It originated from a book about
an older man who falls into lust for a 12 year old girl named
"Lolita". We absolutely hate child porn and don't want
galleries on Thumbzilla that use the word "Lolita" or
"Lo" which is an abbreviation for "Lolita".
This also applies to such words as "young virgins",
"young teen", "young girls", "young boys"
etc.. If you are trying to imply that you have underage stuff
on your page or site then do not submit to us! Additionally, if
we find that you are doing anything illegal, we will report you
to the proper authorities.
Also, no references to exploitation, such as "exploiting
teens". In other words, if you, in the things you say on
your gallery, are not showing respect to people (especially to
women), you will not get posted on Thumbzilla. If we believe that
the words you use on your gallery are offensive in any way, we
will not post your gallery.
